❌ What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

The Lief + Svein Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Neglect or Modification – unauthorised repairs, alterations, or lack of proper maintenance

  • Extreme Conditions – damage caused by high heat, prolonged moisture, or open flames

  • Non-Domestic Use – use in commercial, industrial, or other non-residential environments

  • Normal Wear & Tear – scratches, surface marks, and gradual coating wear that do not affect performance

  • Shipping Variations – minor imperfections such as color differences or small surface markings

  • Theft or Loss – lost or stolen products

  • Unauthorised Purchases – products bought second-hand or through unauthorised sellers

⏳ Warranty Period

The term “Lifetime Guarantee” is defined as a period of 25 years from the original date of purchase.

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or restart the coverage period.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  • Claims made after the warranty period will not be honoured.

If your claim is approved, Bradley Stewart International Limited will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace it with an identical or equivalent model with similar features and specifications.

If an identical model is unavailable, a comparable product may be provided. The replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price.

All decisions regarding repair or replacement are final, and replacements do not restart or extend the warranty period.
