All BRANIK knives are protected by a 5-Year Guarantee provided by Bradley Stewart International Limited.
To maintain your warranty and get the best performance from your knife, you must:

  • Follow the Care & Use Instructions – available on our website under the Product Care Guide.

  • Register your product within 14 days of receipt to qualify for the full 5-year coverage.

    • If the product is not registered within this period, warranty coverage is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Extreme Conditions – exposure to high heat, prolonged moisture, or open flames.

  • Non-Domestic Use – commercial or industrial applications.

  • Normal Wear and Tear – including scratches, surface marks, and gradual coating wear.

  • Shipping Variations – minor imperfections such as slight colour variations or surface markings that do not impact performance.

  • Theft or Loss – lost or stolen products.

  • Unauthorised Purchases – products bought second-hand or through unauthorised sellers.

  • The warranty starts from the original purchase date and is valid for 5 years.

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or restart the original coverage period.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
