Products purchased are covered by our 1 Year Money Back Guarantee from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

We will cover your product purchase if it is faulty or breaks through no fault of your own  

What does that mean?

Under normal use in a typical home environment, products cannot be covered in commercial situations.

How will I get my money back?

We will refund directly back to your bank account the full purchase price.

Under the warranty periods, the company will warranty the products in accordance with each country we service.

The Knife Store UK, is the supplier of BRANIK, STEWART & BRADLEY, TRENDS home and Lief + Svein Products and will warranty the products for the terms stated above against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for the term noted provided the product is used in accordance with the “care and Use Instructions’ and normal domestic use.


What are Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at the time of receipt.

Damages caused as a result of the following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by our guarantee:

Accidental damage.

Acceptable (normal) wear and tear.

Damage caused by abuse or negligence.

Staining caused by strongly colored foods/spices.

Melting caused by overheating.

Scoring of boards.

Dishwasher stains and damage caused by dishwasher use.

Minor imperfections such as surface markings as a result of slight variations or mis treatment.


We will not warranty or guarantee products which:

Have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions

Any product which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than a an authorised repair centre.

Were purchased as pre-owned, refurbished or sold as seen

Were purchased via an unauthorised reseller.


Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact Customer Service via email, 
to ensure that we are able to deal with your inquiry, as efficiently as possible we would ask that you include:

  2. A picture of the item which illustrates the issue
  3. A description of the issue, with details on when it was first noted
  4. If possible a picture or description of the batch code on your product.
