  • Extreme Conditions – damage caused by high heat, prolonged moisture, or open flames

  • Non-Domestic Use – commercial or industrial use

  • Normal Wear & Tear – scratches, surface markings, gradual coating wear

  • Shipping Variations – slight colour differences or minor imperfections that do not affect performance

  • Theft or Loss – lost or stolen products

  • Unauthorised Purchases – second-hand or products bought through unauthorised sellers

⏳ Warranty Period

While referred to as a "Lifetime Guarantee," this coverage is defined as a period of 25 years from the original purchase date.

  • Replacements or repairs do not extend or restart the original warranty period.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  • Claims made outside of this period cannot be honoured.

🛠 Repair or Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, Bradley Stewart International Limited will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with the same or an equivalent model of similar value and specifications.

If an identical replacement is not available, a comparable product will be provided. The value of the replacement will not exceed the original purchase price.

Repairs or replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period. The company’s decision regarding repair or replacement is final.
