The TRENDS Home 5-Year Guarantee ensures that your product is free from defects in materials, workmanship, or abnormal deterioration when:

  • Used strictly according to our Care & Use Instructions

  • Maintained under normal domestic conditions

  • Supported by valid proof of purchase

To receive full coverage, your product must be registered within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products not registered within this period are covered for 12 months only.

❌ What the 5-Year Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Use – failure to follow care instructions, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Neglect or Modification – unauthorised repairs, alterations, or lack of proper maintenance

  • Extreme Conditions – damage caused by high heat, prolonged moisture, or open flames

  • Non-Domestic Use – use in commercial, industrial, or other non-residential environments

  • Normal Wear & Tear – scratches, surface marks, and gradual coating wear (including non-stick coatings)

  • Shipping Variations – minor surface markings or slight colour differences that do not affect performance

  • Theft or Loss – lost or stolen products

  • Unauthorised Purchases – products bought second-hand or from unauthorised sellers

⏳ Warranty Period

The 5-Year Warranty starts from the original purchase date and remains valid for five years.

  • Repairs or replacements do not restart or extend the warranty period.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Claims made outside the warranty period cannot be honoured.

🛠 Repair or Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, Bradley Stewart International Limited may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace it with an identical or equivalent product with similar features and specifications.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, a comparable product will be provided. The replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price.

All repair or replacement decisions are final, and any action taken does not extend the original warranty period.
